Please join the Gardner High School Class of '87 on Friday, April 28th at the Polish American Citizens Club for a fun night of celebration to benefit and honor 8 year old Julia, daughter of our classmate Anne (Kymalainen) and John Powers. Brave little Julia is fiercely triumphing in her battle with Osteosarcoma. The entire Powers family have all had their lives literally turned upside down as they've rallied together and done an amazing job helping Julia through this incredibly difficult journey of kicking cancers butt. Julia still faces a long challenging road ahead with continued chemotherapy and daily physical therapy and will clearly continue to need her parents by her side for many more months. Let's do our part to lessen the burdens they will face.
